By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Once the reservation is made, the total amount is due for the reservation to be confirmed. This reservation is subject to the following cancellation policy:

A 10% penalty applies if canceled more than 45 days before the check-in date.
A 50% penalty applies if canceled between 30 and 45 days before the check-in date.
A 100% penalty applies if canceled within 30 days of the check-in date or in the event of a no-show.

Reservation Confirmation: Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate and to inform us of any discrepancies immediately. However, please note that changes to the reservation, including dates, are not permitted.
Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking will only be confirmed upon successful payment of the total amount.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 15-00, and check-out is at 10-00. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Modification: Modifications to the reservation, including changing dates, reducing the length of stay, or any other changes, are not allowed.
Failure to Check-In: In the event that you fail to check in on the scheduled date, the entire reservation will be considered canceled, and no refund or credit will be provided.
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, a refund or alternative arrangement may be provided at the discretion of the property management.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests must adhere to the house rules provided upon check-in and behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or the property. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will result in additional charges.
Liability: The property is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during your stay. Guests are responsible for their belongings and must take precautions to secure their valuables.
Acceptance of Terms: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
